In one of the poorest and ostracized barrios of Cartegna, Olaya Herrera, Senzaconfini have built a health and welfare centre.This centre assists and offers medical help to many of the poor local population, and in particular those suffering from leprosy, still rife in Columbia, and is run by the nuns Hijas de los Sagrados Corazones.
The Centre is a polifunctional outpatients surgery offering:
